As a little girl: I am the oldest of three children born to C. Ray Thomassie (the C. stands for Clarence, after my Grampa, but my Dad preferred being called Ray) and Mireya Ponce (pronounced me DAY ya - with a soft 'D'). My mom was born and raised in Mexico and she moved to the United States when she married my Dad.
